When did Brentwood bay get so cool!?!

Leading the charge is Brentwood Place Village: a 2012 built, 20 unit complex that radiates modern living. In my mind, Brentwood Bay is not synonymous with hip, contempo, and stylish condos like downtown Victoria might be. Nothing against the bay, but I’m used to single family homes out there on the edge of quiet, rural, prosaic life and I’m not surprised when a typical homeowner tells me they own a horse…and/or a boat. This condo is right in the heart of town and just a block to the outdoor summer bands in the park. It’s down the road from the stunning oceanside Spa and Resort and everyday there are great new businesses sprouting throughout the community. Everything you need is in walking distance from coffee shops to groceries, you’ll only need that car and underground secured parking space when you go slumming it in Victoria!! :) But that’s not my favourite thing about life out here….

From this incredibly sharp and snappy condo, it’s just a few minutes drive to some of the best places the peninsula, and the island have to offer. I know you think I’m going to say Butchart Gardens, or the fireworks. or even the butterflies, but that’s not what I’m talking about. I also don’t mean the golf courses, cause I don’t golf…yet. I would love to live here, get in my car and in under “5” minutes I’m at the Church and State Winery. Oh my goodness, you’ve all been there right? Or maybe, I don’t turn off to the winery (it’s been known to happen) and in under “10” minutes I’m at Sea Cider -Farm and Ciderhouse. Now I know everyone’s been there right? I think it’s about time everyone gets out of Victoria a little more and even if you don’t buy this condo (which you know you should) spend the rest of your 2019 weekends exploring ‘the bay’, am I right?
