Healthy Hacks For Busy People

When you're busy and on-the-go, practicing good nutrition can be tough.  

I completely understand.

I'm going to be sharing some of my favourite busy-life-hacks with you over the course of the summer.  Because let's face it, in this real estate boom, my work days are only amping up! 

I like to start my day off right by setting a foundation for good energy.  Healthy smoothies are a great source of vitamins and nutrients, and this one is packed high in protein.

Banana Hemp Kale Smoothie


 INGREDIENTS

1 banana

1/2 an avocado

1 cup of cashew milk 

hand full of hemp seeds

4 large kale leaves 

1/2 cup of frozen mango

1/2 cup of strawberries


DIRECTIONS

The directions for this recipe are pretty simple.

Simply combine all of the ingredients together into a blender and blend until smooth. 

The strawberries and mango ad extra sweetness and are perfect for the season. 

Top with fresh pea shoots. 

You could easily add sunflower seeds, greek yogurt and oatmeal to turn this smoothie into a smoothie bowl, or combine additional ingredients as you see fit. 

It is entirely up to you!
